Amendment No. 1 had been previously offered and appears on page3571. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard. **The presence of Representative Brice was noted. Representative Croft placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Croft objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 16 was adopted.
